Just to give you a bit of background information on myself and my treatments and training.

I trained over 20 years ago in Physiology and Anatomy with Swedish Massage, I enjoyed the training so much I then decided to increase my knowledge and qualify in Sports Massage allowing me to use deep tissue massage to treat specific injuries and assist with preparation for sporting events or just general maintenance massages to keep the body ticking over.

I can also offer luxury facials, hot stone massages and other beauty treatments including spray tans, eye defining treatments (waxing, tinting and perming of lashes and brows)

Deep tissue massage to alleviate muscle tension and soreness. Ideal for clients who train frequently in whatever sport to rid muscles of toxins and keep muscles in a lengthened state which helps to reduce injury. You don't need to be sporty to have a sports massage, if you just enjoy a deep pressure massage then this is the treatment for you.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Ultimate in relaxation - the hot stones help the muscles to relax and using the stones I can get deeper in to any muscle tightness that I can't with my hands.

Luxury Collagen Facial
Cleanse, tone, exfoliate followed by a wonderful face, scalp, neck, hand and arm massage using essential oils. After the massage a personalised clay face mask is applied and finally the collagen gel to plump the skin followed by moisturiser and eye cream. This is a wonderful treatment to receive but also for me to give!
